Canonical License and Purchase Terms

Your purchase. Seeker Collective LLC, doing business as Seeker Creative Studio (“SCS”), provides Canonical for US$99, paid once, plus any applicable tax shown at checkout. You receive the downloadable version described in the listing: a guided builder, editable output formats, setup and upkeep guidance, and fictional examples. This is a self-guided digital kit, not a subscription or done-for-you service. Consulting and lifetime updates are not included.
Your license. Your purchase gives one purchaser a license to use and adapt the kit across their personal work, projects, businesses and paid client work. You may keep private working copies and backups, and paste or upload the materials into private AI conversations or workspaces you are authorized to use. Normal private AI use is allowed; publishing or distributing the kit through a shared bot or public link is not.
Your finished work. You may use, publish, sell and deliver your original finished outputs, including tailored AI rules and working references for clients. Using the included headings or output format does not make a personalized reference prohibited redistribution. You may share your finished outputs with clients, colleagues and service providers. SCS does not claim ownership of your original inputs or outputs; third-party rights and your AI provider's terms still apply.
Keep the kit separate. SCS retains its rights in its original, protectable kit materials. Do not share, resell or repackage the builder, blank templates, guide, examples, tools or substantial copies, including modified or rebranded versions. Clients receive your finished work, not the SCS kit. Another person who wants to use the kit itself needs their own license. These limits do not restrict general ideas or independently created work.
What you need. You need your own AI account and a device that opens ZIP, text and PDF files. Hosted AI tools require internet access. Some features may require a paid plan; third-party fees are not included. Setup notes cover documented ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini routes checked October 24, 2026, not verified live installation on a particular account or tier. Features can change. A paste-in conversation route is included, subject to your tool's input limits.
Review and privacy. The kit organizes instructions and context. It does not train model weights, install settings, guarantee persistent memory or AI performance, or synchronize tools. Review important outputs and test your setup. Only use material you have permission to share in that AI account, and avoid sensitive information. You do not need to send SCS your personal reference or source material.
Support. Email info@seekercreativestudio.com with your order number or other reasonable purchase evidence for download or file problems and questions about the documented setup steps. Support does not include consulting, calls, custom builds, personal AI coaching, review of private material or troubleshooting your AI provider's service. Describe the issue without sending passwords, confidential files or your full personal reference.
Seven-day refunds. If the kit is not a fit, email info@seekercreativestudio.com within seven calendar days after successful delivery with your order number or other reasonable purchase evidence for a full purchase refund. No personal reference or troubleshooting is required. If refunded, stop using and delete the SCS kit materials; you may keep your own original inputs and finished outputs. After that window, change-of-mind refunds are not offered, except where required by law.
Delivery and file problems. We will make reasonable efforts to restore delivery or provide a working replacement. If we cannot resolve a delivery failure or an unusable supplied file within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase. This remedy continues after the seven-day satisfaction window. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
