DIFFERENT BUSINESSES.
SPECIFIC PROBLEMS.

Where we get involved

WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?

A new brand. A better storefront. A website that explains the work properly. The email program you’ve been meaning to get to. We can handle the build or work on the part that needs attention.

01 / Brand & messaging

Your customers shouldn’t have to guess.

We work out who you’re speaking to, what they need to hear and what you can actually back up. Then we write it down in language you can use across the site, campaigns and sales conversations.

  • Positioning and audience

  • Website and product copy

  • Voice and visual direction

Work on the brand ↗

02 / Squarespace & Shopify

A reason to choose you. An easy next step.

We plan the pages, write the copy and build the site. Service businesses get useful project and inquiry paths. Stores get product and collection pages that help people decide what belongs in the cart.

  • Site structure, design and build

  • Portfolio and product presentation

  • Search setup and conversion tracking

Talk about your website ↗

03 / Search, email & ongoing work

The visit is only part of the job.

We build useful search content, improve the pages people land on and create email that has a reason to show up. Welcome a subscriber. Recover a cart. Follow up after the order. Review what happened before deciding what’s next.

  • Search content and page improvements

  • Klaviyo flows and campaigns

  • Performance reviews and focused updates

WE GET IT,
AND GET AFTER IT.

Built from the backcountry.
Hands-on with the business.

Before SCS, I worked in action-sports sales and brand representation with Forum Snowboards, Bataleon Snowboards, Melin, and more. That meant knowing the product, understanding the customer, and helping retailers sell it. Surf, skate, overland and outdoor culture still shape my eye and the work I put into the world.

I’ve also been the person responsible for the stores, the campaigns and the numbers. I care about brand perception, how the site works and what happens after someone clicks. At SCS, I get into the details with you, question what isn’t working and put the effort where it can make a difference to the business.

Since 2018, I’ve brought that perspective to Seeker Creative Studio. The goal is simple: make the brand easier to run and make the marketing perform.

How the work gets done

GET INTO THE DETAILS.
KEEP THE BUSINESS
IN VIEW.

  1. Find the actual problem.

We look at what you sell, who buys it and where the website or marketing gets in the way. A confusing offer won’t become clear because we changed the font.

  2. Make the decisions, then make the work.

We agree on the message, pages and priorities. Then we write, design and build, with the photos, product knowledge and project details that make the business yours.

  3. Check the parts people use.

Read it on a phone. Follow the links. Try the inquiry. Check the route to checkout. The unglamorous details are part of the work.

  4. Learn from what happens.

Look at the inquiries, orders and customer behavior. Keep what’s useful, fix what isn’t and be honest when the data doesn’t tell us enough yet.

Let’s get into it
