Messaging Architecture Kit — License & Purchase Terms

Seller and purchase. Seeker Collective LLC, doing business as Seeker Creative Studio (“SCS”), provides the Messaging Architecture Kit for a one-time payment of US$39.99, plus applicable tax disclosed at checkout. This is a digital product; no physical item ships. Your purchase includes the version described in the listing, not consulting, customization, strategy review, or lifetime updates.

One-business license. You receive a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to duplicate and customize the kit privately within one business you own or represent, for use by you and that business’s employees. You may create original finished messaging for your business and clients. Clients, contractors, freelancers, agencies, and advisors may receive your original finished messaging outputs, but not the kit or workspace. No client receives access to the kit under your license.

No redistribution. Do not sell, sublicense, give away, publicly share, or distribute the kit, workspace, instructions, prompts, blank or completed worksheets, duplication/access links, or modified versions. Do not include these materials in client deliverables, courses, memberships, marketplaces, shared template libraries, or other products, or repackage them as your own template. This restriction does not prevent delivering your original finished messaging outputs to clients.

Intellectual property and outputs. SCS retains its rights in the original template and other protectable kit materials. You retain rights in your original inputs and messaging outputs, subject to third-party rights. You may publish and use those outputs in your business’s or clients’ marketing and share them with service providers or AI tools; this does not authorize sharing the underlying kit.

Requirements and limits. A Notion account, compatible device/browser, and internet access are required. Third-party services have their own terms and may change or charge fees; they are not included. SCS does not guarantee business results, AI accuracy, or uninterrupted third-party availability. Check factual claims, rights, and AI-generated material before use.

Support and refunds. For delivery, access, or file problems, email info@seekercreativestudio.com with your order number or other reasonable purchase evidence. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access or provide a working replacement. If we cannot resolve a delivery failure within a reasonable time, we will refund the affected purchase. Otherwise, change-of-mind refunds are not offered once access is delivered, except where required by law. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory consumer rights or remedies.
