MILO SNOW & SKATE / ECOMMERCE

A stronger online shop.
Still unmistakably Milo.

Milo Snow & Skate knows what belongs on the wall. We rebuilt the online shop to carry that same judgment into the way people find and shop the gear.

Our work with Milo spans multiple projects. The current ecommerce engagement grew into a full Shopify rebuild, supported by seasonal merchandising, welcome and recovery email flow design, and campaign deployment.

Make the good stuff easier to find.

The work grew beyond the original optimization scope into a whole-site rebuild. We refined navigation and collection structure, rebuilt the homepage around seasonal priorities, and improved key product and collection pages.

A seasonal merchandising calendar and product-priority workflow connect Milo’s buying knowledge to what shoppers see online. Search improvements and stronger internal links support discovery. The point is a shop the team can keep using as inventory and seasons change.

56% year-over-year online-store sales growth.

Online-store sales increased 56% year over year, July 25–October 23, 2026 versus the same dates in 2025.

This is the store’s overall online-sales result for the reporting window, not an isolated measure of the redesign or email work. The current engagement covers only part of that window.

The brand doesn’t stop at checkout.

We designed the email creative and built foundational welcome and abandonment flows, with brand-aligned copy, useful product pathways and clear next steps. Custom action-sports artwork carries Milo’s point of view into the inbox.

We also produced two campaigns: Make Room for Winter and New Season Fresh Gear. The designs below show that delivered creative—not a claim of email-driven revenue.
